• NO DELIVERIES TO UNDERAGE PERSONS! Please ensure your age is accurately verified. Failure to do so may result in consequences.
• Parcels are dispatched Monday to Thursday. Order by 12:00 PM for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the following working day.
• All parcels are packed discreetly in a sealed envelope, with no business labelling.
• We recommend placing chocolate orders Saturday - Tuesday to ensure that your parcel arrives in the same week, preventing any chocolate from melting. Ice pack is included!
• We only deliver within South Africa.
• No collections! Delivery only.
• Couriers only deliver on weekdays, not on weekends and public holidays.

Pick up:

Pudo Locker Pick Up:

- Collect at your nearest Pudo locker. (Please provide locker name). Main Areas: 1-4 working days. Regional Areas: 2-5 working days.

- Please ensure you provide us with your correct cell number. Once your parcel is ready for collection, an SMS will be sent to your cell with a unique PIN code to open the locker.

PostNet Pick Up:

- Collect at your nearest PostNet store (Please provide PostNet store). 2-4 working days.

PAXI Point Pick Up:

- Collect at your nearest PAXI point. (Please provide PAXI point). 7-9 working days or 3-5 working days service.

- Please ensure you have your ID or driver's license upon collection.
